Payment terms
All retail sales must be 100% prepaid. In addition to all major credit cards, we accept checks, money orders and bank transfers. Non-certified checks may be held for 10 days before starting order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks. Shipments delayed by customer request will be assessed a $25.00 per day storage fee.
Order cancellation or revision
Most Tenecor products are made to order. You may incur substantial financial penalties for canceling or revising your order once we have released it to production.
Once we bend, cut, drill or bond a piece of acrylic it cannot be reused for another job. The further along the production, the less likely parts can be reused. This is why cancellations can cost up to 60% of the total order depending the time of cancellation.
Returns Policy
All authorized returns require a “Return Authorization Number”; (RAN) and prepaid freight. Authorized returns may incur a restocking charge of up to 30%.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and custom orders are non-returnable.
